What to Expect at Your First Med Spa Consultation
A first consultation is a conversation: a chance to explain your goals, learn about possible options, and ask questions before deciding what comes next.
Start with what matters to you
You do not need to arrive with a treatment already chosen. It is enough to explain what you would like to learn about or change, and what a natural, comfortable result means to you.
Expect questions — and bring your own
The consultation gives the clinic context and gives you time to ask about the provider, the options being discussed, expected benefits and limitations, possible risks, alternatives, and what follow-up may involve. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends asking questions before any cosmetic procedure, including what options may address your concern and what results and risks to expect.
No pressure to decide immediately
A useful consultation should leave you better informed. You can take time to think, ask follow-up questions, and decide whether you are comfortable moving forward.
Keep online forms simple
When requesting a consultation through our website, share only basic contact details and a brief description of what you want to discuss. Please do not send sensitive medical information through the public form.
